Coming from a family of health professionals, and as a competitive athlete from childhood through college, Alex began his personal health journey at a very young age and began his career as a Fitness Professional at age 18. With 15 years of experience, he has been able to consistently sharpen his skill set to present the most optimal, solution based individualized roadmap for any client he partners with. Alex is certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), in Nutrition through Precision Nutrition, as well as Behavioral Modification & Mindset Coaching to list a few of his many credentials.

Virtual Complimentary Assessment Overview
Alex offers a complimentary assessment to everyone who is looking to maximize their potential. During that session you and Alex will discuss your health goals, and more importantly why these goals are so important to you currently. From there, you and Alex will review your current habits as well as go through a brief movement screening. Whether or not you choose to continue to invest in yourself by aligning with Alex on a full program, his hope is that you leave the assessment with some direction and feeling empowered.

Cora is an international virtual coach with 2 years of experience. She is extremely passionate about fitness and helping people improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being through effective online exercise programs and lifestyle changes.

Making a Difference with Fitness
Along with his mother Alex heads the Non-Profit The Neighborhood Work-Play Program (TNWPP). Alex is the director of Wellness for the program. The program serves as a guiding light for children in neighborhoods of Brooklyn NYC where Alex was raised as well as Sierra Leone West Africa which is the home country of Alex’s family.
