Your coach will ensure you are exercising with perfect form which is crucial for injury prevention; provide you with individualized attention, monitor your progress, and make necessary adjustments to optimize your results. You also will be granted complimentary access to the AnCOREd Health training app with the purchase of a 1-on-1 personal training program.
Our 1-on-1 personal training can be done anywhere in New York City, including Hell’s Kitchen, Hudson Yards, Chelsea, Flatiron and Williamsburg.
